Refund & Cancellation Policy – IFT Clinic

At IFT Clinic, we greatly value the trust our patients place in us. We understand that situations may arise that necessitate changing or canceling your scheduled hair transplant procedure or consultation.

Please carefully review our refund and cancellation policy:

• Surgery Booking Amount:

No refunds will be provided once your hair transplant surgery has been confirmed and booked with IFT Clinic. However, we offer flexibility by adjusting the booking amount against a rescheduled hair transplant surgery date, subject to mutual agreement and availability.

• Consultation Booking:

Fees paid for consultation bookings at IFT Clinic are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Patient-Initiated Surgery Cancellation:

In the event of cancellation of your scheduled surgery, the amount paid becomes non-refundable, IFT Clinic offers the possibility to apply the paid amount toward a future surgery date. Such rescheduling will be mutually agreed upon, subject to date availability.

• Rescheduling by the Clinic:

IFT Clinic is committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, hygiene, sterilization, and medical ethics. In exceptional circumstances, we may find it necessary to reschedule your procedure. We assure you this decision is made exclusively in the best interest of patient care, safety, and optimal outcomes. Should rescheduling occur, we request your understanding and cooperation, as patient well-being remains our top priority.
